You've just moved to Farethere City!

Why? Well, you don't seem to want to dwell on it too hard. You certainly remember who you are and where you're from - it's not as though you have amnesia or anything like that, of course not. You just don't really want to think about the events immediately leading up to your moving here for some reason.

That's not important anyway. What matters is that you've just moved in to a new town! It seems like there are a lot of other people besides you moving in today, too. There's a giant 'Welcome to Farethere City' banner hung up between two trees, and there's all kinds of food and drink on tables underneath, including plenty you've probably never seen before.

Now's a good chance to meet your neighbors and get yourself situated. Wander around town a little - check out the library, or figure out what on earth those mushroom-shaped doors at the far end of town are for. Or just pig out on the food - you did just unpack all your stuff today, no one will blame you for taking the chance to relax.

(Don't think too hard about the unboxing process. Or why there might be some things in your house that you don't remember buying.)

Your mayor is floating about greeting people. You'll properly get to meet him at some point, so be sure to ask him all the questions you have about your new home.

If it isn't a bother, the mayor mentioned a clothing store I could ask to apply at. Would you know where that is?

Oh! I checked out the stores when I was lookin' for a place for my bar. I think I might've seen one. 'Fraid I only know the approximate place. How about we go check together?

Name's Lotus. Ain't exactly creative, is it? [Watercress is treated to the sight of a flower bowing gracefully.]

[It's not like she hadn't noticed the water spilling.]

No worry, no worry. Ah, but I ain't got no idea where the water is. How about we look while we're searching for the clothing store?

All right. They have some places in the grocery store and things like that.

[Watercress starts hopping along in her bowl.]

I know where that is. Was lookin' for a place to supply my bar.

[And so they proceed to the grocery store together to get some water. After some wandering, the clothing store is located.]

Looks to me we found it. But no need to go all workin' today, no? We just moved in.

'S the best bar in town. Also the only one.

For grand openin' I'm servin' drinks and food for free. Lotus style, so 's different from that here welcome buffet. 'Course any drinks I'd serve you'd be mighty watered down.

It sounds nice! I like to cook, too. I used to work in a cafe before I came here. Even if I made messes and broke things a lot.
